Adrian co-founded hireful in 1999. Having worked in almost every role in the business, he now spends his days supporting the product vision and delivering our training events. His role as "chief-helper" means he's always researching, writing, and talking about recruitment tech, inclusive recruiting, employer branding and of course the role of AI in recruitment (his favourite subject).
