With more than a decade of experience in the travel industry and an extensive background in behavioural analysis, having completed a PhD in Psychology, Andy is focused on the areas of travel Program Optimisation, Sustainability and traveller behaviour change. He combines his travel experience & behavioural science knowledge to advise organisations on how to understand what makes travellers ‘tick’, the application of a scientific approach to measure behaviours, and how to design and implement interventions, or ‘nudges’, that help people to make balanced choices that drive sustainable behaviours, reduce emissions and cost, and promote wellbeing.
