Dr Bethania Antunes is an Associate Professor (Education) of Management at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and Programme Director of the MSc Human Resources and Organisations. She also co-leads Digital Transformation in HR, part of LSE’s online professional development portfolio. Her expertise focuses on sustainable human resource management and the social impact of corporate responsibility, particularly how organisations develop their people and support communities. As an educator and trainer, she applies evidence-based research to practical challenges, enabling individuals to design research-informed, actionable strategies. Her work has been funded by the British Academy, European Commission, and Low Pay Commission, and she collaborates with organisations to address business challenges and improve workplace practices.
