Recently, Charlotte has broadened her expertise to include internal communications, employer branding, and the establishment of culture and values within organizations.
Charlotte has received numerous prestigious awards for her work and is always on the lookout for innovative and creative ways to hire, engage, and retain employees. In her most recent role, she has played a leading part in a major FMCG organization, contributing to the development of a global business unit poised for sale, facilitating its acquisition by a private equity firm, and now transitioning to new operational strategies for the newly formed entity.
A lifelong Londoner with a passion for the theatre, Charlotte is also a devoted dog lover.
