Chris Lees is the Hiring Operations Lead at Monzo Bank where he has spent seven years building, automating, and optimising hiring processes to support Monzo’s quick growth. Chris started as the company’s first permanent, full-time Hiring Coordinator and transitioned into a Recruitment Operations Analyst role before becoming the manager of the recruitment coordination team. Most recently, Chris has created Monzo’s hiring operations function, scaling Monzo's recruitment processes and team – whilst making sure they remain efficient, data-driven zand candidate-focussed.
