Fran Weber is a dedicated Customer Success Manager with a commitment to helping HR teams realise the potential of HRIS technology. After 3.5 years in the ELMO head office in Sydney, Australia, Fran relocated to the UK in September 2024 to establish the Customer Success function at ELMO UK, with a vision to nurture and grow the customer base. Joining the Breathe team upon arrival, Fran now works with both SMEs and mid market customers across BreatheHR and ELMO UK, specialising in building strong customer relationships, optimising software adoption, and driving measurable business outcomes for clients.
