Howard Grosvenor

Howard is an HPC-registered Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over 20 years’ experience of applying Psychology to the workplace, whether that be designing behavioural / skill / competency models for organisations, creating predictive models from data, coaching and developing individuals, or designing large scale interventions and technology to deliver specific business outcomes. Howard is Managing Director of Welliba UK. In this role he works with customers to help them achieve their goals by deploying Welliba solutions in an outcome-focused, valid and fair way. He also supports the continuous innovation and development of the Welliba product-set and platform, as well as contributing to Welliba’s thought leadership.
