Ian McDowall

Ian McDowall is responsible for the Genius Finder platform, as well as the other digital services that Genius Within offers. Ian has been working in programme management, web development, e-commerce and digital marketing for many years with senior roles in leading digital agencies. He has worked across many industries and with clients including Intel, Microsoft, Vodafone, the UK Government, Vauxhall, and GSK. Ian is a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered IT Professional with Masters Degrees in Software Development and Technology Management. Genius Within supports a range of individuals and organisations, from the Criminal and Social Justice system, to private businesses and organisations.
