Jon Ingham is a former international HR Director, an experienced consultant and author (and co-author with Dave Ulrich). He provides consulting and in-house training on a range of topics linked to strategic and people-centric HR and organisation leadership, as well as open, cohort based learning programmes for HR practitioners through his digital academy. In all his work, Jon aims to provide new insight and practical opportunities for increasing impact on employees and business.
