Currently at Utility Warehouse, a FTSE 250 multi-service provider in the Energy, Telco and Financial Services sector, Ketna leads the functional people strategy for Tech, Product, Finance and Legal as well as heading up the Talent Acquisition community of practice. Ketna has been instrumental in reshaping Utility Warehouse's culture, leading it to win "Cultural Transformation of the Year" at the 2024 Business Culture Awards. She also founded the company’s Women in Leadership Belonging Group. With a strong focus on international HR and deploying technology to optimise with impact, Ketna works across multiple global employee markets, enhancing talent management , people operations, and engagement initiatives.
