Kevin Metherell

Kevin is the Head of People Analytics and Insights at Phoenix Group, where he joined in April 2024. Kevin began his career working as a consultant in their then recently acquired people analytics practice. He then moved to PwC UK, as part of PwC’s Saratoga human capital and people analytics practice where he supported both public and private sector organisations across a variety of projects.
Following PwC, Kevin joined Experian in 2015 as part of their people analytics team, ultimately going on to lead the team from 2022 until his move to Phoenix in Apr 2024.
In his time at Experian, Kevin led their People Analytics Innovations Lab, rolling out a variety of advanced analytics models, covering predictive attrition and internal mobility, organisational network analysis and natural language processing.
