After a long career in Finance at Deloitte and Asda, Laura’s joined together with Chloe Fletcher to create the most senior jobshare partnership in Asda - to share the role of Senior Director Finance Shared Services, and then later - Senior Director of Finance Transformation - leading the change management programme for Europes biggest ERP implementation in decades.
Having seen the power of jobsharing to transform organisations through the power of co-leadership, Chloe and Laura founded The Jobshare Revolution, where they support individuals and organisations to implement jobsharing and unlock the power of collaborative leadership models, retain and attract top talent and accelerate equity.
