Patrick stands for all things people and HR software. His mission is to empower SMEs with tailored and proactive HR/employment support and software to ensure businesses thrive through effective people strategies.
With over 15 years of experience as an HR Generalist and strategic leader across SaaS, law, education, and charitable sectors, he now leads Moorepay’s outsourced HR function as Head of HR Operations. Here he manages Moorepay’s Advice Line, HR Hub and HR Policy and Consultancy teams as part of Moorepay’s extensive HR Services.
He holds qualifications across the board - he’s CIPD qualified in HR Practice and Management, and has an MSc in Human Resources Management, and a Certificate in Employment Law.
