Supports Microsoft’s HR Service Delivery team members in our five regionally based service centres and distributed in selected countries to deliver great employee experiences and business enabling support. Priority #1 for this HR Services team is to continually deliver on our experience goals of reliable and responsible human resource data handling & transactions and easy & caring assisted support for Microsoft’s employees worldwide.
Since joining Microsoft in 2008, Phil has been a leader in developing and implementing Microsoft’s global HR shared-services strategy; establishing sustainable service delivery teams and managing large-scale multi-cultural teams across the world. He leads with a firm belief that culture, supported by customer-focused KPIs, a structured review cadence, and high-degree of transparency can yield both near-term objectives and more importantly sustainable long-term results.
