With 18 years of experience as a technology executive, Rob Mooney is a dynamic, people-first leader who has successfully led teams and driven change. Rob has demonstrated reliability in achieving growth and building cultures with an innovation mindset. He is passionate about leading teams to achieve more than they believe possible. Rob is currently the Head of HCM UKI for SAP SuccessFactors, an organization with over 200 million users worldwide, providing cloud software solutions to care for the needs of employees, putting them rightfully at the center of business. In this role, Rob is responsible for the end-to-end business in the UK and Ireland, including its growth strategy and the success of customers, employees and partners. While into his 8th year at SAP, Rob spent the prior 9 years within the global Payroll and HR space with ADP. During that time Rob held a number of leadership roles but was always focused on driving successful customer outcomes through technology and services.
