Sarah Tancell is the founder of Neuro-D, a neurodiversity consultancy dedicated to empowering companies to create safe, supportive work environments where neurodiverse employees can thrive and succeed. With over 20 years of experience in senior HR roles, including her time as International HR Director at Take-Two Interactive, Sarah combines deep industry expertise with a passion for driving meaningful change in workplace inclusion.
A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, Sarah has also run her own award-winning HR consultancy, earning recognition in People Management Magazine, and serving as a regular thought leader on BBC Radio Oxford. When making the transition from traditional HR into the neurodiversity space, Sarah retrained as a neurodiversity consultant, her approach blends strategic insight with a personal touch, helping organisations address real pain points with empathy and clarity.
In addition, Sarah is a qualified leadership coach and mentor for neurodiverse individuals. She leverages a proven framework to help clients identify and harness their unique strengths, overcome workplace challenges, and unlock their full potential.
As someone who is triple neurodivergent, Sarah has firsthand experience navigating neurotypical workplaces and understands the complexities faced by neurodivergent individuals. Her personal journey, marked by resilience, acts of service, and strong boundaries, informs her mission to transform workplaces into neuroinclusive spaces that celebrate diversity of thought.
Known for her sense of humour and her ability to cut through the fluff, Sarah empowers organisations to embrace neurodiversity, demonstrating that with the right knowledge and support, they can cultivate environments where all employees—and businesses—can flourish.
